Default need tire help

wut is a good set of trail tires to get for my 250r i ride sandy/clay/dirt trails in louisiana but is lookin for durable and light weight tires

I would suggest the 20 inch maxxis razors. I have a set on my 500 and they work awesome, long lasting too. If you want durablity get a higher ply rating but the higher you go the more weight you gain so its a matter of finding the right balance. Also way cheaper than any of ITPs stuff and I think they are a much better tire.

I would go with the maxxis razr's if price is a concern. If not, the itp holeshot gncc's are my new tire of choice. I put a set on my r and they work awesome...hookup on any surface. They are pricey, but to me, they are worth it.

i like my razors they do good in mud and hard pack, i ride trails got a set of "used" 20" alot better than the 18s i had before, found a set at a local shop they were mounted and never payed fore so they were unmounted and sold as used the set for $100 cash and the size i wanted

Get the maxxis, great tire. Great Quality. Also, look around for for some douglas aluminum rims. Good way to reduce rotational mass at a cheap price. They pop up on egay once and a while.....

the way i c it, the bigger the rim, the easier to bend, but that smaller the rim.. the heavier the tire will be cause of more rubber...
