yea.... im not saying he didnt do an awsome job..... but when the conversation started going towards making them for profit.... my mind started realing emediatly.... sory if i was insulting! you did a great job! better then i could do with hand tools! i was just saying, if you were gona mass produce them, then the lazer would be the way to go.... and lazers cost alot more then 100,000.... the 3 we got in the shop at my work, cost a mill plus... for each one!.... but you can rent them farly cost effectivly... its realy not that expensive.... i mean, if your gona mass produce them...... i sometimes forget that i have access to tools and equipment, as well as a mindset, that others do not..... its part of my job... i do vendor qualification, as well as inspection on machined goods, and process control... i can find cost savings in every situation... iv been trained to do it with out relizing....... haha...
