 Spanner wrench I made this with a 1/4 inch piece of steel, a cut off wheel, die grinder, drill, angle grinder and a half round bastard. I used a spare bearing carrier and traced the shape onto a piece of thick paper then I drew the rest of the tool around it, after cutting the shape out of thick paper I carefully scribed the shape onto the steel and used the above tools to finalize the shape, it took a couple of hours lots of patience and a shoe full of metal shavings.

| damn? that seems like alota work for that one part...... does anybody have access to a lazer? man..... you could cut a full sheet of those things in minutes, out of any material you wanted to use.... then throw them in a deburring hopper for 20 minutes, and end up with a plush tool! as good or better then motion pro! and everyone would be perfect!!!!!!!!! Yiou did a nice job though! you must have some extreme patience, and a realy steady hand to do that by hand! nice job man! |
