I usually take any tools I'd need period. Wrenches, 8,10,12,14,15,17,19mm. A medium adjustable wrench. A screwdriver handle with lots of interchangeable tips. The plug wrench for both 18 and 21mm. Pliers. The spanner for shocks and honda chain adjusters. A chainbreaker. Lots of zipties. Roll of electrical tape and duct tape (never use duct tape on wires). I also fill the little pockets of my Mechanix bag with loose nuts and bolts most commonly needed. I add a few various sizes of master links and cotter pins. I use available rocks for the hammer if needed since it's kinda heavy and big to tote. My tool bag weighs in at around 7-8lbs but I find myself always having the right tool.
