| That is the one that I have and I have had no issues except for the velcro coming off. but that is just a .99 piece of velcro. There are other ones out there which I don't have any experiance with but also look pretty good. Most of the kits all use the same components so I think it all comes down to how they mount up. http://viosport.com/ http://www.bulletcam.com/ http://www.sportzshot.com/ The list could go on just look for one that has a tough mount that looks like it won't break or give you issues. Also look for one that has cable extensions I know mine are short on the power cables. Not a big deal a quick run down to Radio shack can fix that. Also most of the items that these kits use can be purchased idividually and pieced together to make your own kit. I prefer to just buy one though. Also I have heard of them being sold on Ebay for really cheap Let me know if you have any other questions

| OK here's the deal. 370 is right the camera is going to cost you around $400 you are looking for a video output also a LANC port which is very rare in most cameras except Sony. The LANC allows you to start and stop the recording from a wired remote. The helmet camera kits run anywhere from $100 to $300 depends on the feature and mounting options you want. Like you said you have to worry about the camera getting crushed. For this I got a Pelican Case with is made from a hard plastic and is water proof. Inside it has pull apart foam so you can pull out the foam to fit your camera and other parts of the helet cam lie the batteries. Since the case makes a water proof seal I had to drill a hole out the side of the case to run the wires out. I put the case in a back pack and run the cables out of the bag to the helmet. I hooked up the control onto the bag strap so the start/stop is right on my sholder. Most of this stuff is available on the internet. The pelican case is found at most camera stores if not they can probably order one for you. Here is a list of Helmet Camera sellers. http://www.jonescam.tv/ http://www.viosport.com/ http://www.sports-camera.com/ http://www.sportzshot.com/helmet_cameras.htm
