im in san bernardino area, it seems all the places i use to like to ride are gone, looks like boumont area is gone to. where are you guys riding? anything out off the 10 by cabazon or palm springs still open, and are poeple still riding by cajon pass in devore?
There's a couple riding spots out by Six Flags Magic Mountain if willing to make the drive. Gorman & Texas Cyn.. Check out my threads in the Trail Riding forum.
i think there's some trails in el cajon and santee .... it's a bunch of huge sandy hills overgrown with weeds.... there's alot of snakes and shit, and brush fires in the summer.... people used to get away with riding out there a while back... like 10 years ago when i lived there.. i'm not sure if you can now.
santee and el cajon are in east san diego county in the valley.

right now im just looking for a nice place to break in my motor and teach my wife how to ride. it sucks they closed beaumont, where the 60 and 10 met by banning. that was an awsome place. hills, trails, jumps. everything.
We IDK if this is what your looking for but this is what I have come up with.
If you looking for a good group of people to ride with down there pm me and I can give you the web site. I'm not form down there so IDK witch one is closest to you.
Bro I used to live down there and there are all kinds of places to ride. You have Ocotillo wells, There are some places heading east out of Temecula on the 79 in Riverside. You also have the badlands. Now thats more for dirt bikes but you can hill climb .There is also Bee Canyon in Hemet off Florida street all the way down to the mountains. Things are not how they use to be out there. All the people going to these places really knocks the fun out of it. Places get crowded, don't even think of riding on holiday weekends. Thats why I moved back to Pennsylvania. No emissions and people don't care if you ride on the road. Well around me anyways. lol Good luck man. There are some places you just have to search them out. Oh one more I forgot Take 15 south to the 74 west. Take it up through the mountains you will find Cleveland National forest. They have an ohv park up there. It will reopen soon or should. A bunch of it burned up a while back. Or just type in California OHV riding in Google and you'll be amazed where you can ride. Hope this helps.
Gorman is perfect for learning.
I take my two girls there & let them play in the flats.
There's little hills & stuff like that.. There's also big trails & climbs once they're ready. I'll pull up that thread, I'm actually going to add some pictures..
im going to look into hemet, thats real close. but i think the closest is el mirage. thats like 40 mins from me is what i hear. ill have to map the other areas to make sure tho, thanks for the input. remember the riverside riding off mockingbird canyon rd. damn that all track homes now. i couldent beleave it.
I take my kids out to el mirage all the time theres also places to go out in lucerne valley. and you can still hit the trails off of the 15 by silverwood

You could go to the indian reservation outside of cabazon. Lots of flat area up there to take the kids to. Check out some of the riding in Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and 29 Palms riding for days up there. I don't know if it would be too far out of the way but there is some good riding near Salton near the 86 too.
