Arrow help me re-claim our riding spot

i live in ohio our local riding spot in kensington oh. has been dubbed off-limits for a few years. this was agreat locall place to ride. all of the land is owned by private owners aka regular ppl. and now we gotta sneek in ( super hard on a zilla) and constantly look over our shoulders. does anybody have any advice on getting permission or reclaiming our riding area?? bc it sux driving 50 miles every time ya wanna ride!

When you get shot or shot at for illegally riding on somebody elses land don't go crying to the police or sueing. This kind of stupid behavior is what usually gets riding spots closed in the first place. I really don't feel sorry for you at all.

thats what i mean dick bag we wer the good courtious respectful riders i was wondering if anybody has ever had luck with waivers releases or organizing clubs and renting land. we r trying to go about this the right way.

Dick bag? Awesome fourth grade words there. You said "and now we gotta sneek in ( super hard on a zilla) and constantly look over our shoulders." When you say "we" and "our" I take it that you are included with the sneaking onto private property. That's not being a good, courteous, and respectful rider. Grow up and learn how to spell.

If they charge anything they can be held accountable for injuries. They don't want you on their land because they can be sued. You might as well give up and find somewhere else. Look around for people that ride and own their own land. They will usually let others ride if you offer to sign a waiver.
