Yes the Bull has a climbing Hill, been there a lot, its crazy on holidays, there is every kind ride you can think of coming off the trailers to climb the hill, plus if your in to the trails there is a 110 miles of ORV and cycle trails in that loop.
Don't know how far you are from the Bull, its just south of Mio, Mi
There are a lot of camp grounds and stuff near by, and there is Mack Lake camp gound rite off the trail, you can ride to the trail from your camp site, But its a rustic camp ground, have stayed there B-4 its great except for when the DNR gets a hardon to do there sound, ORV sticker and spark arrester check.
There are a lot of good trails in Michigan, I ride them a lot, I will be @ the Bull Next Friday with a group people, will be @ The Saint Helen Loop on Saturday for some more rippin.

So if not a crap load of miles away it would be worth the trip.

They have been doing the checks @ Mack Lake camp ground from what my Buddy told me, He said they checked him & his son's bike.
But Fire danger is still on the high side, there was a fire over near the Leota Denton Trail just south of Prudenville (Houghton Lake) down in to Nester Twp, Not to far from were the place I stay, It burned about 1500 acre's. So there going to anal about it.

I live 2 hours from mio where bull gap is and i ride there all the time its cool but the first 40 or so feet at the bottom of the hill are pretty big woops. After the woops its a straight shot up the hill witch is like a sandy dirt mix. WATCH OUT FOR DNR IF YOUR NOT SPARK ARRESTED. And if your night riding you have to have working head lights and a rear tail lights. I got a ticket for no tail light, and i think it was around $75. Check out the song bird hotel its cheep and you can ride out of the hotel to the trails witch is cool. But its not the greats hotel in the world.
