Question on throttles for RM250's

I have an RM250 and have been doing alot of trail riding latly and I have noticed that it would be alot nicer to have more throttle play when in slow technical sections. I have seen aftermarkert throttle assbl. that give you a longer throw but the only one I could find had 4 different settings and all this fancy stuff for $140. I just need a cheaper one time change part. Any recommendations?

I raced a couple enduro's on my rm250 (in very tight woods), I learned to be quick with the clutch a gained a lot of throttle control. Also the type of grips you use makes a difference. I couldn't gain throttle control with 1/2 waffle type grips. I started using renthal full dimond grips and it seemed to help a lot.
