Can't blast back at ya......
I am a Honda man through and through but I can't defend them against what you just wrote. When the "R" went out of production in 89 that was it. Nothing for years.
I work in Sales and Marketing and I can tell you that you don't discontinue one product line unless you have something better to replace it with. And in the sport quad lineup there was nothing. Now in this same time period Honda was kicking ass in the utility quad lineup and still is today, may be that is where there attention was focused. I don't know, but it was ashamed to replace a 250R model with quads that that were not even in the same league.
Although the new 450R is a 4 stroke I have not had the oppertunity to straddle one yet so I am not going to pass judgement on it quite yet.
Man I just with that I lived closer to you guys so I would have someone to ride with and talk shop to on the weekends, or whenever work doesn't get in the way. And by the way I am at work now.

hey shade look on the birght side at least a honda is better than a polaris. then again i've seen lawnboys better than most polaris's sorry go blow or roll but polaris breaking are what keeps you working. lol. ok i'm done picking on lesser models.

LOL don't be sorry Chris i got tuff skin!! about the only thing i like about the polaris is the ture 4x4 and the ground clearance! and i do like there snowmobiles, other than that i can't say too much for them, pulling the motors out of them is almost as bad as getting a v8 out of an old hippy van lol. but none the less you are right they are keeping me in work and thats what pays the bills lol

yeah polaris make about the best sleds of anyone. but quad wise they are a joke really. yeah sportsmans have good clearance. but comon a scrambler or even a predator. lmfao. what a damn joke. anyway your dead on about pulling engines theya re alot like pulling the engine out of a 70's van. damn tightly packed frames.

Well when you see the honda guy try to talk him into running for money and act like your banshee is still having issues. Maybe take some Runs with the choke on.

Then smoke his ass

Watch out for the predetor they are pretty fast from what I hear. (this isn't a warrior joke)
