Bad Ebayer!!!!!!

I just want to let everyone know NOT to buy from this guy on ebay. His ebay name is banshees_only He lied in his description and when I left him a netural feedback (not negative) Trying to be nice. He left me a negative. I won his auction and payed as soon as it was over. I did my part. But he described it as a good bumper. Chrome looks good but has one small dent he said. The fucking thing is soo rusty I am not going to put it on my quad. I hate people like that. He screws me and then leaves me a bad feedback.

man that sucks. I have seen his name around ebay alot. he buys banshees off ebay and then parts them out on ebay again. I have never bought from him but I never will now. Thanks sparks. anyone who has problems with ebayers should come right here and let us all know so we can block them from our list. BASTARD!! I hate people like that. liars and theives!!!

I will post a picture of it later. It is an awsome looking bumper. I am going to try to use some naval jelly and see what I can do. The bad feedback thing is what really pisses me off.

I ran into this seller about two years ago. I bought a thumb throttle from him and never got it. I did get a refund only because I had used a Postal money order, and he would be doing a fraud if he cashed it and never sent the item. It took two months of phone calls and emails. Promised he had sent it but still no throttle. Finally he used $5 of my money to send the money back.

He has gone by six different names that I have been able to follow. First was riskybuiness, then atvpartscheap, fullthrottleperformance, cheapatvparts4u, sofeaspizzaplace, yamahayz126, now banshees_only.
I never gave him any feedback because anything but a positive and he starts calling people names and gives a negative. With each one of those name he was banned but move on to another name and keeps on screwing people. It seem that when people are close enough to come find him he is good. But if you are west coast or four states away he forgets to send the stuff. Anyway proceed at your own risk dealing with him!!!
