I've never had problems with shops. Every shop, builder, mechanic ATV related always provides what one would need as they should. It's been 9 days for InlandATV to deliver a simple gasket & stud & yet to receive it (40 miles away). I've been talking to Brandon over there who was cool at first. We even had a long conversation about port work, pistons, etc... Guess what? They're not getting my business & they're not building my bike. Brandon doesn't even know how to return phone calls so I had to call him back like four times. All he could say, "It was shipped." But wouldn't return my calls as he stated & he wasn't able to come up with a tracking number. It's my fault for not sticking to my local shop. I wen't to Sandtoyz Unlimited & was taken care of really quick. I'm not sorry Brandon, your customer service skills blow. I had to make it known.
I hope this site is not like Planet Sand & kick me out for speaking rightously. It's not fair to treat customers this way.

The problem with them from what I understand is they are a drop ship company so they do not carry any inventory so when they get an order they place it to say Parts America. Then Parts america ships it direct to you. So you can see there can be some lag time in there and it is a pain. i have heard many stories about inlandatv with deals on ebay never from over the phone deals

see im having the same problem i sent my engine out to Brennys Motorcycle, i personnaly called up there because they were doing an exchange kit online for 200.00, and what they do is bore and hone to w/e you want, gaskets, pistons and all the bearings for your top end... i thought it was such a deal but now its been a month, so i called up there and asked the mechanic about my cylinders, he said he got them 2 weeks ago wednesday, so i waited till i got paid from work and paid them the friday of that week 2 weeks later still havent gotten nething, i called again and asked who should i talk to bout shipping, so they tranfered me all that, so i got on the phone with this guy who didnt sound like he was interested in anything i was saying to him, all he said it was shipped, i told him if i was shipped out when i paid like it was suppose to be i should have it then he said he was going to call back the next day, still nothing so i called him. he said they forgot to ship it and sent it off 5 days after i had paid. talk about customer service. i asked him wouldnt it have been smart to call the owner and tell him better yet put a rush on the package to get it to me the date that was promised, he said no it was already gone and he couldnt do nething i just let it slide and wrote his manager a nice email, if its not here by 7 pm im raising hell tommorow...

I called this place because I figured they would stock them since they build bikes there so the answer was yes
& it would ship from their location & receive in two days. Good thing I didnt' get into a situation like prtjt87banshee, hope you get that squared away bro!

yea man i hate seing the shee without and engine kinda hate it, the worst part is not going to be able to give it hell when she comes in, i mean i could but i ll be getting a new top end again

good old inland (also known as "dunetire" on ebay )sure theyre prices are awesome but it doesnt do any good when yo u have to wait a damn month for something that should take like 2 days .i waited 31 days from them one time when i bought plastic cause they screwed up on 3 shipping attempts and even lied and made up fake shipping/tracking numbers and info to get me ot stop calling . they suck and just about everybody in the industry knows it by now .also i dont think they build bikes i think they sub that out too,i wouldnt let those clowns change my spark plug

I'm getting alot of feedback from the locals out here. Lot's of guys riding banshee's their way. I'm hearing stories of people walking out the store with topends & many parts for a few bucks but they won't provide a receipt.. You're not kidding about those smokin' deals!! At first I wondered why the good deals on drag bikes & why so many partouts, they make good money for unpaid bikes That's for you Inlandatv!

Your bike looks awesome from what you've done to it. Why pay someone to do you work when you can? Or you just mean port job kind of stuff that is above you ability?

I was talking to them about Porting, Hone, Bore & buying a set of pistons.

I was so worked up when I wrote this yesterday taht I forgot the icing on the cake.
When I called Brandon yesterday he placed me on hold before disconecting the line.
