well theres a sad update to the story.....this stupid fucker screwed another innocent guy out of $400+ for a swingarm and shocks. the guy didnt know about him until to late . I think in this one he went by the name mike miller

and ive filed a postal mail fraud claim on the usps website explaining the situation a while back, havent heard nothing on the situation from em yet though.

but ive kept on harrassing the guy and got him freaking pissed off that he's "threatening" to come to my house here in Ky and kill my ass. lol is funny some of the emails this guy has wrote. this guy is a bad mofo and needs to be stopped now! hes in michigan. his daddy is Doug Miller and he owns a hunting ranch. maybe some of you michigan natives might know of this place or this guy doug, cause from what ive head from the guys on planet sand, doug is a nice stand up guy.

Bob's correct it is a federal crime with the USPS. Make sure you document or archive all of your communications with him, it will make the Special Agents job a little easier when they prosecute the thief. These guys have an enormous case load, but this sounds like a no brainer case.

18 USC § 1708. Theft or receipt of stolen mail matter gen*erally

Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, or by fraud or deception obtains, or attempts so to obtain, from or out of any mail, post office, or station thereof, letter box, mail receptacle, or any mail route or other authorized depository for mail matter, or from a letter or mail carrier, any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or abstracts or removes from any such letter, package, bag, or mail, any article or thing contained therein, or secretes, embezzles, or destroys any such letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or any article or thing contained therein; or

Whoever steals, takes, or abstracts, or by fraud or deception obtains any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or any article or thing contained therein which has been left for collection upon or adjacent to a collection box or other authorized depository of mail matter; or

Whoever buys, receives, or conceals, or unlawfully has in his possession, any letter, postal card, package, bag, or mail, or any article or thing contained therein, which has been so stolen, taken, embezzled, or abstracted, as herein described, knowing the same to have been stolen, taken, embezzled, or abstracted—

I am not a postal investigator, but I think this statute may work since he used the USPS to facilitate his fuckery!

Send him an email with a copy of this statute, see if he thinks the $300 he stole is worth 5 years in camp happy for mail fraud. Its like Newman from Seinfeld said, " When you control the mail, you control information." Also let him know you have filed a report with the USPS and are seeking prosecution, that should make him sweat a little, knowing that some gentleman in dark suits with a Special Agent badge will come knocking on his door. Keep me posted on this.

well apparently, this guy adam is a pro at this scam stuff, he fuckin knows exactly what he's doing. theres a whole 2 page thread on his ass over on planet sand. this guy has stole money from people on several different online forums and such and gets away with it and kinda knows how to cover his tracks. like for example, he had me send my money to Sue miller (his mommy) and it went to a P.O box aswell. and thats kind of hard to trace it down to him like that.

and as far as pissing him off, I did that by constantly wanting to know where my parts were after it had been 3 weeks after he cashed the money order, which I have document proof of, and I even showed it to him in an email. he wouldnt give me any info, just BS like "I didnt buy insurance and usps lost the package" which I highly doubt. so then I started asking for proof of shipping with usps and he wont give me anything there, no tracking number or shipping id number or anything. and I still have all my pm's from planet sand, and all the emails from the very beginning, even still have the pics of the cr ignition. and Ive been pretty calm in my emails with him, trying to act polite like I think he hasnt screwed me. keeping swearing to a bare minimum, while this guy has called be every name in the book and shit.

what I honestly think is 1.) he never even shipped my package and is making up this bullshit cause he found the simple insurance loop hole and is using that against me for an excuse, or 2.) he doesnt even have an ignition and just found those pics somewhere and made everything up. I know a couple of guys that he screwed said he sent them a box of junk that weighed about the same as the parts they were suspose to get and they couldnt do nothing about it.

Im gonna keep it updated on here cause I want to see this mofo pay out the ass for all the people he's stole money from. I've already sent his daddy doug a email but im pretty sure adam got on his email account and deleted it. so I may have to call him one day and have a chit chat.

and one more thing I might do is send him a link to this thread, lol I know for sure that will piss him off
