screwed over on planet sand

I got screwed out of a honda cr250 ignition system by a guy named adam miller on planet sand. sent the guy a money order around the beginning of july and still have nothing. and here today the guy emails me and says that he shipped it usps and they say it was delivered, but it must be invisible cause I sures hell dont have my ignition, its no where to be found!

and apparently im not the only sorry SOB to be screwd by this bitch. I found out way to late that the guy was a crook after I had mailed him the money and waiting paitently for my parts. I just happened to start reading on the PS fourms one day and I found this guys name in the resolution center and im like oh no fucking way! . I guess it was just my luck to buy from this guy cause he gave me a hell of a deal and sent pics and everything.

but im not gonna draw this shit out. Ive lost $300 and I probably cant get it back so i'll just have to get over it, but I want to warn everybody I can, NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH ADAM MILLER!!! his screen name on there was 85atcrider, and he's had several orther names close to that. and hes from around ortonville michagin, thats where I sent my money to.

Always pay with Postal money order. If you do not get your item it is postal fraud.... A federal crime and they WILL go after him.

I did pay him with a postal money order, and I still have the reciept for it.

and robyone, I have not heard anything at all from usps. Ive been asking the guy in email when I should expect to get it and he said that the usps site said its been delievered, but nothing has been delievered here to me. but the guy wont give me any info so that I can look myself. he says that its my falt cause I didnt tell him to put insurance on it and that its not his baby anymore.

yep he's in michigan, to far for me though. but like I said, not tryin to drag this out, just want to warn peopel not to deal with this crook. he's sent me several emails crying and bitching about me harrassing him on planet sand, said he's talkin with the admin to get me banned or whatever, I doubt it. this kid is so stupid he better quit stealing while he's ahead before his ass gets messed up bad by somebody

I still have my reciept, so im gonna go tomorrow to the post office and get some info, and see about a refund. not sure if it will work or not but i'll find out
