yeah its tough to say when nobody is calling or getting back to you... i don't like speculating but i was thinking the same... shortly before i sent it off he said they were going to some races so you never know... he coulda done crashed and ended up in the hospital... but if hes not he will be if he doesn't get back to me...

i just filed two complaints... one with the BBB and the Attorney General... this is definitly a learning experience... hopefully this will get the ball rolling ... still no freaking word or anything... maybe they got hit by a huricane or something ...

Send him a registered and certified letter stating your intentions along with what you expect. This way if you do go to court you can show that he recieved the letter and did not get a reply, then you can show the court that you were willing to work things out before any legal proceedings. The court will favor you for this.

yeah i filed a complaint and have a copy of it... the better bussiness buiro said i should wait a month for a response before i continue any further... that way they do have time to reply... and if not then you take there ass to court

so i got in contact with a few people that know craig... apparently he hasn't been getting back to anyone for some reason??? one guy said he was going to his shop this weekend and would let me know whats up ...

If you used paypal to purchase an item or to pay for goods or services, you are protected up to $2000.00. Simply log onto paypal and file a claim. They will attempt to resolve the dispute and if unsuccessful,they will refund your money back into your paypal account. Paypal has recovered 1500.00 for me. Also a call to your state attourneys general office helps.
