hi every body.sorry for the long wacky post but...
umm yeah looks like you may need to scare him a bit . convince them that you are seriouse .
now if a person lives in the same state you take them to state court . in pa if they live in another county rules of civil procedure in this state is what you go by , \\\
in other words when rule 401a says the sheriff must serve original process this means i need to hire this county sheriff , to deputize that county sheriff to seve that donuts and legal dispute on that person. or persons .
now if they reside in a diff state you need to use federal court {been there done that eaven beat rule 401 a in an apeal because of a law suite in federal court}
rules of civil procedure apply from federal court . umm you may serve original process by registered mail ..
there are a few handy dandy things to use one is somebody elses law suite . the complaint is a bit tricky but if a convict can doit .i am shure a feee man can doit {some convicts are better then hired guns they are doing it to save thier own life}

ok what i would do is this . send his sorry ass a letter .
saying ok i have had about enough i am man enough to send you this letter i am not fooling around .
what i am is man enough to tell you this is what i am going to do if we cannot resolve this peacefully ,
1:] i have filed a complaint with the better b burea.....
2:] considering this was done by mail and online banking . it will be considered a federal issue because it will be mail fraud , i will see the federal postmaster general and file a complaint , but wiat i will also take my case to federal court. i will file my complaint in federal court you will hire a lawyer to represeant you . we will then send paperwork back and forth for a few months costing you legal fees . then when this does make it to trial by jury you will have spent about 15k in just legal fees then we will have our hearing costing you 15k in my legal fees of 300$ an hour you will be paying me to represeant myself plus my money back !
i hate to have to get nasty but you leave me no other choice
i will be wiating to see if you are man enough to respond to this letter .

punctuate , etc the federal lawsuite usually gets the attention of some ppl ...

To file a small claims case (which I believe is up to $5k) you might have to file in the shops district, It obviously will be for the price of the cylinder plus the $700. You have to pay a filing fee (like $50 for small claims) at the appropriate courthouse plus the fee for the sherrif to serve it so your looking at roughly $150 in costs (which I believe you might be able to include in your case, No lawyers are typically allowed in small claims so you don't have to worry about hiring one or him showing up with one). The Courtdate will be set and you both have to provide all of your files to each other before you go in front of the judge, You start and the def. has the last word. Then you leave and the judgement is sent to you in the mail, Also you can add your travel expenses to it and any lost wages (as long as you dont go over the $5k limit). You'll get a settlement and if he doesn't pay the court will enforce it and a lien will go on his credit report. You also (I might add) get an oppurtunity before you face the judge to have a face to face mediation (kinda of a last effort to avoid legal action/court) if you think you might be close on terms and could possibly reach a mutual agreement within the presence of a professional mediator.
This is the exact proccess for a small claim and you can definately include your court cost.

Maybe judge mathis will call you in for a show. Maybe call another court show and see if they can get you on.

they will pay your way to the venue, pay for you hotel appearence on the show and the judgment if you win.

I just talked to one of the owners close friends cyle, and he has been hospitalized for quite a while now, supposed to be pretty messed up. That would be why he hasnt gotten back.
