well, here's the story, i bought some pistons and gaskets,rings,top bearing, clips, the whole nine for my rebuild, from dirtparts on ebay the were cheap and new. it took about a week and a half to get them. (not to bad) but i got the wrong size... my fault.... i called them back and asked if i could exchange them and they said no problem i could exchange them for .050 over, so i sent them back and that has been about 4 weeks ago. they claimed that ups lost them. so they sent out another set tues. and gave me a tracking number. they electronically sumitted the shipping info. it has not came out of ut. yet they probably didn't ship them again.... I call everyday at least twice.... can i go to paypal with this or should i get a plane ticket and kick his ass...that would make me feel better...is anyone close to these deadbeats?

well going to paypal would be kinda stupid because you ordered the wrong parts and they are fixing the problem you created... they shouldn't be taking this long though. if they have a tracking number they probably aren't on back order so i would just give them a little more time. they deal in huge volume, so it's understandable that it takes a few days...

dirtparts are assholes, plain and simple. i ordered a chain and sprocket kit, they answered all my emails right away. i paid, and then heard nothing for 2 weeks, they fianlly answered me and they didn't have the sprocket sizes i wanted. they would either send me a refund or the parts when they came in. i wanted a refund. took me 3 months to get a refund, kept saying they sent checks and they got lost, i never lost anything in the mail. i finnaly got a refund after i threatened them with postal fraud.
so short and simple, stay away from dirtparts
i would make a claim with paypal, and ebay and get your money back, before the time runs out
i used ebay to advertise but i found out with the new rates and everthing else it has alot of bad sh.t on ther.. i have had now 4 buy it nows of bad money order over sea,s scams... ebay just suck...
