ripped off on ebay

i goT A lt250r case and misc off of ebay. I CHECKED IT OUT AT LUNCh and the cases are fucked. i asked the guy if there were any cracks in the cases, no he replied. well if he would have scrapped of the jb weld on the front he might have noticed! i guess when i buy shit on ebay i should be more specific. " are there any cracks that have jb weld over them"? i am so fucking angry i would like to hit that bitch with a case half! bits and peices on ebay is a peice of shit! something broke in the bottom end and went between the crank and case.cracked the front of the case and it wouldnt mate flush with all the filling in the world. thanks ass hole.

Sorry to hear that man. I know how you feel. I have bought a couple of pipes on there before and I asked them if they had any dents in them? Of course they replied "no" and I bought them...only to find them looking like somebody took a ball peen hammer to them. That shit sucks...if they would be honest, they might sell more stuff.

Is there any way to send a complaint to ebay, if the guy lied then you should beable to return them and get your money back? Might be worth trying??

well i bought it cash, no paypal, so i am fucked. shipping was more than the engine. all i needed was the cylinder which needs a new sleeve, the head which is ate up, and the case half which i fucked. the case looks brand new even around the chain area! i was like hell yea! not very common. but it is trashed. i body slammed it on the garage floor in a fit of anger. guess its cracked now!

I know that you can file a complaint through paypal.
They call it filing a dispute. You can do this if you never received item, or item recieved was different than described.

Its a long process, but I got my money back from my engine that never came.

it really isnt wort the trouble. there are some parts i can use that would be cheaper than buying new , i think it is the dissapointmet that is the worst! from the pics and description it was almost a ment case. except the greneade that went off in the bottom end. how many cases have you seen with the case savers still attached? not many!
