hahah... yea.... he is trying to force me to buy 175$ worth of parts from him, before he will ship me my plastics! he says he will need the 175 to cover shipping charges.... if you hit someboday up for an extra 175$ that was not part of the deal, and then you tell them you will make up for it by sending them used ATV parts, wicth they dont need, you are a theif!!!!!! haha... even if i needed some banshee parts, i wouldnt buy them from him! helllll no! i like how he is trying to force me! lol.... thanks for the support guys!

I know its already been said but don't worry about it I have done a dispute with paypal before and you will get your money back one way or another, paypal is the only way that I will ever send or receive money with the exception of a couple of people that I trust.

nope! tey just filled my claim, and theysaid they will notify me by email or phone, when he replies to my claim. they said i have 20 days to escalate it! im going to give him as much time as i can, cause i would rather get my money from him then have to deal with paypal....
