 R&B RACING (ROBERT PORTER) FlORIDA OK guys.... here it is! i see alot of these posts witch are un clear... and leave to much to the imagination... i will first explain in my own words what happened between rob(of R&B racing) and myself.... . . . robert porter of R&B racing posted a listing on this website, he said he had some banshee parts for sale including some used fullbore plastics. i got in contact with him, and we agread on a price. we decided that i would pay 300 for the plastics, 25 for the shipping charges. i gave rob 45 for shipping, rather then 25 like he asked for because i wanted the parts fast, and i knew 25 wouldnt be enough to cover it! from the very beginning all i requested was for rob to ship my parts, and give me a tracking number. i must have asked him 10 times for a tracking number, and never recieved one. the communication was very little, and the excuses were many! he gave me one excuse after another why he couldnt send my plastics. after the first attempt at shipping them, he said they were returned and he didnt know why..... i gave him my physical address on 3 different occasion, and i told him that it probably didnt go through, because UPS does not ship to PO boxes... again, he tried to ship to my PO box. and agian! the package was returned! the guy just doesnt listen! this morning, he called me up, and left a message on my phone, saying "im going to need another $175 to ship you your parts, and im going to have to cut the plastics down to make them cheaper to ship".... i sent him a message asking for my money back! he replied, saying he would not give it back, and he wanted to give me banshee parts to make up for the 175$ extra money he was asking for...... i dont need extra shee parts! i needed those plastics! that is all i needed! this is bullshit!     |

| the following are the actual emails that were sent between myself (bryant fulton), and R&B racing(robert porter)..... i have cut and pasted tehm into a word document. im sorry, but there was one or two missing.... and i tried my best to fill in the timeline so that people would get a clue as to what took place between rob and i over this past month! . . . . robert! if you are reading this! i spell checked the emails, and i have not changed anything from its original form. i did not put 1 word in your mouth, and i have every single document to prove it! i will forward these emails from robert porter to any person who requests them! at any time! they have his personal signiture, and are proof that i am telling the truth! please speak up rob if you feel anything in the emails is not correct. again! the only thing i did was cut and past the emails in a word document, and then spell checked it! the grammer was very poor on both of our part! |

I guess paypall waits a time period after a money transfer from one personal account to another, just incase it was a mistake or something else. this was my first transfer to a personal account, normally I do it on ebay and those transactions are ensured, so the money comes out right away... the money was deducted from my bank account last Thursday. They even sent me a verification letter, witch arrived in the mail today. the lady I talked to said that you should be able to access the full amount of the money seconds after the transfer was made on Thursday.... I was told by my friend (who is a UPS driver) that ups will not deliver to PO Box #'s. this is why I was asking you. I gave you a PO box, and if you shipped it UPS then they will just return the package.... man, that sucks that they returned it? I will give you a call tonight when I get off work, if that’s cool? I sold my old ones 2 weeks ago. and I will need the new ones to go to pismo this weekend. I told you about my trip to pismo on 6/2/2008, in am email that I sent you........ anyways... what’s up? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rob – I know you have heard it all but I had a shipping and receiving guy he just quit while I was out with my wife giving birth however I will get them back out again i am so sorry is there anything else you need I could get for you for your wait ??? ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bryant - there are 3 things that I am in the market to buy... 1) aftermarket banshee shocks. either works or elka, or something else. I am moving my blaster mounts to except banshee shocks. and I would like to buy some aftermarket ones. 2) a polished clutch cover. or a stock black one... I have a buffing wheel, and could polish it myself easily. 3) a +2 steering stem for a banshee. let me know if you have any of these things, and prices.... also……. do you know when you could possibly ship the plastics? I can’t really ride my banshee without them. I will give you some extra shee parts for the 175… also; I am going to have to cut the plastics, to make them smaller for shipment, so you need to let me know how you want them cut! ” ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I called back, and received no answer. The below was my email in response. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Bryant- Hey rob- I received your voicemail just now. sorry I didn’t answer, im at work. I wont be able to send you more shipping funds, and I do not want the plastics cut..... in your message you said that ups does not ship to a PO box, and that that is why they wouldn’t ship. I told you that!... I sent you a message that said the exact same thing on 06-02-2008. I told you that you would have to mail to my physical address, and I gave you the physical address 3 different times.... its like you aren’t listening to what im saying.... this deal has taken a long time, and been too much work.... at this point I really just want to be done with it... I would like my $345 dollars transferred back into my paypal account... $175 for shipping is a hell of allot money, and 4 weeks is way too long to get something shipped out. there is no reason that I shouldn’t have received the plastics already. like I said before. And I don’t think you read the terms and agreements very well when you signed up for paypal rob! Because if you did, it specifically says..... Paypal will ensure all loses that take place well dealing in funds through there payment service, and filling a claim forfeits my right to any such funds, to witch I may be owed. And that paypal will seek action in its own right against the seller, to reclaim the money spent, through courses of legal action....... rob.... this means.... paypal will pay me what you owe me, and then they will seize your bank accounts, or garnish your wages until you are able to pay what you owe them..... Don’t mess with me rob! I went to a UPS shipping terminal today during my lunch break, and I found that I can ship a 36"X36"X18" box (weighing 30 pounds), to Miami Florida, for $38.10...... How can you sleep at night? Asking me for 175 dollars to ship a package? I already paid you rob! I gave you 45, witch should cover it! It’s been way too long! This is bullshit! | i dont expect you to read all of those emails.... but they are there.... and you can clearly see that he did not give me what i requested, and never gave me the parts a paid for, and then tried to hit me up for 175$ of extra money witch wasnt part of the deal, and then he refuesed to give me my money back! you guys proly think im crazy for all this! haha.... i just wanted to present an open and shut case! i win! lol...... i would like to hear your feedback? i would love it if rob would jump on here and make things right...... but i doubt it! he doesnt have a stand up bone in his body, if he is willing to do some shit like this! |

Do it now and dont worry at all you will have your cash back in no time..Fuck-dat bull shit man...It's uncalled for...when i send my moneys out i WANT my parts NOW...not in a month or 2 or not at all or even cut up or broken or what ever they do. | File with paypal. If he agreed to 25 shipping and you sent an extra Jackson his way, he should consider that bonus money... I can ship a whole bike across country for 500 bucks....175 just for plastic, are they getting routed to Hong Kong on a pallet with rubber dog shit? If he's gonna complain about shipping costing more to a PO box, give him a work or friend's address...that would be the only foot he has to stand on....barely. I've shipped new, out of frame chrome pipes from MI to California for less than 50 bucks, and I used a HUGE box and I know pipes weigh more than a set of plastics.
