if you have the money order stub, go to "Mediation" .Theres a person that will try to contact the guy and get something setup without having to take legal action but if it comes to that, he will set it all up for you for a small fee (that you can get back in court). GO to your local county clerks office, he/she will know where the closest Mediator is. I only reccomend this because it worked well for me when i loaned a friend some money tyo pay his utilities a few months ago, wqould not pay so I did this, and worked great. Once they know your getting seriopus, they usually will pay up. if not, then it will cost them even more in the end.

People like this is the reason are economy is taking a dump, and why you have to pre-pay at all the gas stations. But either way, i don't see the point, if you dont need something and wanna sell it, why cause the trouble?

i hope it works out for you! i started checking on those addresses i posted. they were updated at different times.... it looks like he has been moving around that same town.... i have ran the search opemn, and he is the only john mumie in PS. everytime i search, i get a hit in hazelton PA. butthe physical address changes slightly..... the closest john mumie i was able to find to PA, was Kentucky.... that is a very unique name. i still find it odd that he would move around so much in a matter of a few years.... hope all works out bro, im rooting for you!
