banshee/honda part etc.[/QUOTE sorry when i sold you them rims they were not damaged at all. i would have seen those bents. i drove from georgia to michigan to pickup the bike that had those rims on it. looked the bike over and over, then i took them off the off the bike, made a cardboard box so they would'nt get damage during shipping and shipped them. i would have seen those bents and not even sold them.

They had to be big bangs to dent like that. Look where the pressure came from, that couldn't happen in a box....

gasmask...i think your missing the point. joe has to ship them back
to you. the difference hes asking for will cover that. you expect him
to pay for the shipping back to you when they were misrepresented???

he paid $130.00 but needs to ship them back to you...this becomes $162.00
if you agree to refund him, why do you expect him to pay to ship them back?

as a side note...did you pay for insurance on the package? you claim that
they were perfect when you sent them. once you get them back from joe,
file a claim with the postal service for the damages to the wheels...

yep.... those are definatly riding dents! no way way in hell that happened during shipping! but maybe you didnt see them? thats cool bro!.... just give him a full refund, and thats that..... im sure you could sale them to somebody else for the same prices. they look like they are worth the money, even with the dents .... but for a showbike like joes, they are worthless... someone else will pay that no probelm!
