bought an ac front bumper on ebay about a month ago seller said he shipped it never recieved it wrote him said he forgot to send it and would send it that day still nothing sellers ebay id is akd1775 he had 100 percent positive feedback contacted paypal hope to get my money back

Well, consider yourself lucky. You got 2 things going for you. You purchased it through ebay, and you used paypal. Should be able to get your money back without any probs.

you can only get your money back if that person still has the money in their paypal account....i got jewed out of a sick pair of THOR riding pants, i looked at the persons feedback and she was just starting to get tons of bad reply so i tried to get my money back but paypal just gave me 6 F'n bucks, cause thats all she had in the account
