I bought a left upper A-arm for a friends Banshee on a "buy it now", the shipping instructions said he ships 5-7 business day from payment is made. I won it on June 16th and received it on July 15th. Below is the email chain back and forth....

I re- replied to the same message with
I still haven't received it and since in the auction it said "shipping is 15.00 insured" I think a claim should be made so that I can get my money back. Let me know .

(The USPS website says you must wait 20 days befoe you can file a claim)

Holy Crap Batman! it showed up!....USPS priorty mail shipped 2 days ago...!???? So basically you lied to me....I have been waiting for this part for a freakin' month and you've had it the whole time. You said that you shipped it the first time USPS and it got lost in the mail and I might have believed you until you told me that you shipped it UPS last week and lost the tracking number then it shows up not by UPS but by USPS and it only took 2 days...couldn't you have done that 3 weeks ago? I did what you asked,,I used the "buy it now" and paid what you asked but you did nothing..I will of course leave a proper feedback fitting for this...! Asshole
