Issues with 1dirracing

I called 1dracing to get the G3 reeds. Will seemed like a nice guy, and I
believe he is. That does not change the fact that it is now 2 month's later, they have charged my bank for over 700$ and I am still missing several VERY important components to getting my bike finished. They have given me every excuse in the book, sent the wrong parts, forgot certain parts in shipping, and NEVER sent me an invoice, even though I have requested it a half a dozen times. I am currently disputing the amount with my bank, as I have no idea what they charged for different items. Yes, I trusted them based on referrals from this web page, and I am posting this to contradict all the great things posted here about them. The g3 reeds are good, but 1dracing does not have a clue how to run a business or follow through on their promises. THEY SUCK!!!

Sorry you had issues I have never had any issues ordering from them. I know they are going through a lot right now because of trademarking and everything with there website. Also I know a little while back they had a case of food posioning going around the shop. I have always had good luck with calling and talking to Will.

I did not want to write this, because Will really seems like a nice guy, but the unfulfilled promises and time wasted here have gotten way past any excuse. It's called "refer me to someone else if it's not profitable for you to send me parts from CA to FL" I just wanted someone I could trust, and the shipping is not an issue. Guess I'll keep looking.....

I can't speak for Will but he has been going though a lot trying to get everything trademarked. Let me talk with him tomorrow and I will see what I can find out for you. PM me your information so I have something to go on.

I have the G3's and love it and I think you will to just let me find out what is going on. I don't allow people to sponsor the site that screw people over. I am a firm believer that shit happesn however and you just need to get to the bottom of it.
