Burgard Cycle

I was wanting to know if you guys have had problems w/ Burgard Cycle I ordered +4 a-arms for a blaster I just stared on 4-7-08 and still have not received them. I called several times and they say that they shipped yesterday and a week will go by and no a-arms so I emailed them two days ago and the email I get back says they will check in to it Thanks

I got my a-arms from them and came quick.Then I called them and they sent me 2 tie rods even quicker.They have been good on that end but trying to get them to leave you any feedback on the bay has not been so good.I think they have a nice product and but there suppor is so so.

I didn't get my off of ebay I didn't know they were on ebay .

From what I've read it can be hit or miss with Burgard. Some people have a good experience and some people have a HORRIBLE experience. I would NEVER do business with them. They do make great products, but to be successful in business you have to have more than just that. To me it's obvious that the customer is your #1 priority and customer service is key, but I don't think that Burgard understands that or beleives in those values.

I don't mean to be negative about them, or make you worry. I'm sure you'll get your a-arms and you'll love them, but when you get them is the question...

they haven't shown up yet! talk about slow shipping..

Yeah tell me about slow shipping 20 day and no product .I was going to make them my self but the price was okay so I figured I would buy them .

i orderd a sterrin stem and its been a month
i only live a hour from them talk about slow

I know we shouldn't have to babysit shipments since we expect product/shipment upon payment.
But are you guys calling them about these issues? If it's only an hour away I'd make that drive for it and ask for a discount!
