It's a fact, the big companies are pushing 4-bangers, that is the only reason there are no 2-strokes in the pro PRODUCTION classes. I have seen and read multiple interviews where the pros wish they could still run their 2-strokes, and I bet in their off time they still do. The one thing I'm tired of hearing is "the pro's ride them, so they are the best quad". The one's who say that act like 10 year olds with a life time subscription to skirtwheels. If you want to see just how "bad" these new 4-bangers are, I have a video of the ocala florida flat track open PRO class, and my buddy on a 250r beating the hell out of highly modified 450's. The video shows hole shots at first, and if you notice in the main they start him out LAST in the back of the pack, and he still walked off and left the 450 once he got around him. http://media.putfile.com/derek-race |

yeah, i thought about mentioning that also. . . that the R is everyone's favorite mx quad, and the latest and greatest is always pimped to the max but i figured some one else would, i did enough bitching already. . .. . and yes. . . . dirt wheels is a paid off biased mag |

| Dirt wheels is only good for the advertisements and reader pictures. I don't read any of their comparison articles. I don't really trust any publicized reviews of anything, I'd try it on my own and give it a chance before I talk shit or praise it. I haven't rode any of the 450's, but I've raced against them playing around and have yet to be outran by another 4 stroke, and I'm not that good of a rider, so that must say something about what's the "best" from the factory. No quad in current production can compare to the Banshee as far as straightline power and performance, and have also heard good thing about their flattrack performance. IMO the only thing a YFZ has over a Banshee is low end torque. |

| dirt wheels is a big lie, i baught only 1 magazine in the past 3 years, and that was because we were on a bus trip from 'sconsin to florida...and i needed something to keep me sane.... as for that banshee, that mainly stock one somethings up with the rider.... As for that modded shee, well damn, somethings up with that too that don't seem right....I dont think he's going full throttle off the start.....and he has bad gearing.... And that yfz, well its fairly quick, it got squirrely on him a few times.... And as for that 250r...well god damn lol...that bitch is fast...

Maybe I can refresh you're memory. [1 Hour Ago 05:45 PM] YamahaGuy: sure there (two-strokes_ are still around at the beginer, or local level, but above that, there extinct [1 Hour Ago 05:45 PM] YamahaGuy: It's funny that the people on here call them four pokes and everything, but I don't see any two-strokes at the pro level.. [19 Minutes Ago 06:43 PM] YamahaGuy: What I'm saying is there not competitive at the pro level.... Even if its because of the EPA, Bubba rode the kx250 in the outdoors and got his ass handed to him.. First outdoor race on a 450f this year, he got the overall.. Any of that look familiar? And let me say this, I wish I had the chance to get on the track with bubba, I'd run his dirty riding ass into the first pole or wall I seen.. You want to know how he wins? By riding dirty, and I promis as soon as the rest of the guys get tired of being cut off and clipped by his dumb ass, it will all come back an bite him in the ass. |

I wasn't talking about mx, they would be riding two strokes if they could keep their sponsorships |

| i would have to whole heartedly agree with you guys. pulling up to a hill or giving some one a head start and throwing sand in their face half way up the hill is awesome. like giving someone a dirty sanchez after beating them up. or pissing on them for losing. there is nothing wrong with the top dogs whippin it out so everyone knows. |
