I don't get people who drag race.. Dump the clutch, and gas it.. What satisfaction do you get because your quad is faster than one? For me, I actully race people (Motocross track), instead of racing the other bike. On motocross track, its all about the rider..

in my experiances this is usually what the loser says after he got owned i n a drag race

Never drag raced. Don't plan to. I'm just saying I like actuall turns, jumps, whoops, to a drag strip anyday.

the guy on the shee does not know how to launch that thing. hes either spinning em or bogging out of the hole. and no you dont just drop the clutch and go. for best holeshot clutch slipping is a must.

When I said that I did not mean it that "Motocross is the only type of racing". I ment in drag racing, alot more of it is the bike. You could be dead equal riders, but have one person get his ass kicked because the other persons bike is faster. What I ment by I race motocross, like racing people, is that in motocross, Ricky Carmichael on a xr100 could whoop my ass! But if it was drag racing, and Ricky was on a XR100, and I was on my YZ, I would kick his ass.

I was in NO WAY considering that drag racing isn't racing. I know drag racing is racing. I hope that clears it up. I didn't mean to start an arguement.

There aint nothig wrong with seeing which bike is better. And when i drag someone and when i win i do get a "high" off it. Better than smoking pot.

i n its most competative form and when your dealing with highly modifed machines o n a strip ,drag racing is a whole new experiance that requires plenty of skill and body english as well as timing and bike setup plays a huge role no doubt
