I have the GP1300r with a 16 gal fuel tank it still sucks gas like nuts. It's good I don't ride it too often. Maybe a little more homework on jetskis would have been better.

Got my tank sizes confused. My 1200 has a 16 gallon tank and my 701 has the 7.4 gallon tank. I thought something looked screwed up when I typed it.

Nope, no one would bite on that offer. Oh well, I'm just going to hang on to it until the end of summer and sell it for more money. Screw the jetski for now anyway. I'm looking into building a 70's shovelhead right now. All the bikes are running and I have nothing to work on in the garage. If any of you so-cal'ers know of a shovelhead basket case sitting in a corner some where let me know.

i have a 2004 Kawasaki ultra 150 which is a 2 stroke triple 1200cc, it flat out hauls ass. i have to say its my first ski and i was surprised how fast it was. I was actually a little scared. I took it out and just got on it hard i was on a pretty calm lake but i couldn't keep it on the water it justs keeps skipping and getting airborne. I was going to modifie it up but im having second thoughts. It has more then enough power and speed stock.
