there use to be but there no way of knowing nowdays. Causes too many fights. thats why ill include my name when i give rep. Good or have it be bad.

yea i usally do too, but i really havent given much in quite a while...lately iv quit posting too cuz alot of times ill get negative points or i get some guy bitchin if someone doesnt agree

frank12 is the one who recently gave me bad rep ,it said frank12 was here but since then alot of you gave me good rep thanx ,but only give it to me if i deserve it, i havent really helped anybody on here with anything yet,im just enjoying all the tips and advice right now and its helping me decide how to build my quad,i had stepped out of quads for awhile an had forgotten alot but really glad to be back at it an im more into it now then ever
