 What do i do with the cash? Can somebody please explain to me the whole cash/points/bank/lottery and the rest of it to me. I have no clue and figured being i am on this site alot i need to learn.

| go to the e2s cash menu, go to most sold. Thats the easiest way, but look around the bank and stuff like that. You'll figure it out
