e2s cash and bank???

what the hell is up with the e2s cash and bank options? when I click on em it says "Your usergroup does not have permission to purchase vbPlaza Options" anybody else have this problem??

it's most likley b/c of people messing around with it too much and causing problems so they took it out .. probably for mods and admins only since there are quite a few irresponsible people on here ... just my guess
