Chamaeleon is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Oil leaks of the gear case vent hose on high revs ?!

so i removed the rubber cluch o-rings and the clutch finally stopped slippin!
(see "grey oil topic")
Oil is not getting grey now...."SOLVED"

But i got another problem

When i removed the rubber rings i also renewed the oil.
I filled in the amount written on the clutch case (1500ccm)

while i was riding, oil came ouf of both gearcase overpressure pipes.
(back of the engine+right clutch side leads together in a "T" into 1 overpressure pipe)
i drove around 10miles and everytime i went in high revs the oil came
out of the overpressure pipes.

so i tought my oil is too thin. (were using Motul 15W40 motobike oil)

i replaced the oil with thick 85W90 gear oil (now only filled in arround 1300ccm).

but it was the same again. in high revs, oil leaks out of the overpressure pipes.

I checked when the engine was hot, the gear oil looked really shaked/boubled.

it does not look like there is cooling liquid or gasoline inside the oil.

i thought mabye i get compression in the gearcase and cause of this the oil gets
pumped out.
but then i would also have gasoline in the gearcase, no?
I also checked while oil level meter hole was open (while engine running) with my finger/thumb on top of the hole to see
if there is compression in the gearcase but it seems to be ok.

any ideas where my probem is?

could that happen if right-side crankshaft oil seal is damaged?

i had that problem once but i fixed it by putting in a little less oil, if i remember right i put in 1 3/4qts so i dropped down to like 1 1/4qts and the issue stopped

1500 ccm should be about 1.3 quarts, you should fill it with 1.6 qts........Are you sure you're putting the correct amount in?

yeh the right amount.
its written on the clutch case (1500ccm = 1,5Liters)

after i switched from 15W40 to 85W90 i only filled in 1300ccm = 1,3Liters)

but i wonder the most about how the oil looks like.
it looks very very light/white/boiled/mixed but not milky (seems not to be coolant).

could you maybe post a pic of what the oil looks like? its really sounding like it might be leaking a tiny bit of water into the tranny.

the color might just be the old oil that was clinging to the tranny gears and whatnot mixing with the new if your new oil is a different color. as for the overflow issue i would start by doing a leakdown test to rule out your crank seal. inmpeller shaft seals are a pretty easy swap if your used to tearing your clutch cover off and there usualy around $12 or so so you could do that, new impeller cover gasket and a new o-ring on the pass through pipe just to rule out water...
