| i dont realy understand your post, are you trying to cure an overheating problem or just bragging about the stuff your buying? if your looking to spend money i can make a huge list for you... i will give you 2 tips though, post what bike your talking about or edit your sig so we can see what bike you own/are talking about. and...DONT TYPE IN ALL CAPS!!!! IT'S THE INTERNET EQUIVELENT OF YELLING AT SOMEONE!!!! ARE YOU YELLING AT US???? IF NOT THEN TURN OFF THE CAPS LOCK BEFORE YOU POST!!! IT'S THE THIRD KEY UP ON THE FAR LEFT OF YOUR KEYBOARD!!! PUSH IT AND MAKE SURE THE LIGHT GOES OFF ON YOUR KEYBOARD!!! AFTER YOU DO THIS THEN WHAT YOU TYPE SHOULD LOOK LIKE this... now isn't that just a bit less annoying and easier on the eyes then all those big obnoxious words? if your trying to figure out an overheating issue i would start with your jetting, you can buy all sorts of crap to cure it but if your jetting is just a bit lean then it's gonna run hot. what do your pipes look like?

| I am sorry I would have thought that a post in the Banshee section would be for BANSHEE'S. I am sorry about the caps. Instead of putting something in caps I will say piss off You condesnding prick. I have an over heating problem, which I believe was caused by the previous owner using a thin liquid style gasket. This thin gasket material did not provide the proper cleareance between the plastic impellar and the water pump cover. There were also scuff marks on the inside of the cover that appear to match the radius of the plastic. The thremal expansion of the plastic most likely caused this. With this description I was simply asking of the quailty of product from Vito's. I was thinking of the aluminum impellar, new seals, bearing and gasket for the water pump assembly. I plan on upgrading the head next month. The Banshee is completely stock. I have Chopped the plugs and they are fine. I ride on a flat track and run hard. I just want to maximize cooling on the stock motor configuration. Thank you for any positive input. |

| maybe i am a condesending prick but at least it got you to make a real post instead of that crap you started off with. and a post titled "cooler updates" just sounds like you wanted to talk about your crap. i figured you had a banshee but heres an idea for ya, would you think that a big bore, stroker bike might have dirrerent heating issues than a stock stroke 350 bike? maybe that's why you should post what bike your working on. but it sounds like you got it all figured out so buy your impeller and coolhead and have a nice day there buddy...

| Never ran the Vito's impeller, but any billet one is better than stock......Buy some coolant additive like Engine Ice, or Water Wetter......helps to a degree......Also, make sure the fins on the radiator aren't all smashed up.......that's some little shit you can do if you're on a budget right now.......

| I read on another post that the shaft diameter of some aftermarket impellars were inconsistent with the orginal and I was wondering if the stuff that is carried by Vitos is of good quality. If anyone has a suggestion with other brands I am open to that also. The radiator is perfect. I am asking about specific vendors because, if there is a vendor that supports the site I would be more apt to buy through them. Next month I plan on buying the head kit from Noss (sp?) I was running a coolant like ice. I use the same stuff in my race bike, I can't remember the name but it is pink. Thanks for the info. |

| Alright, lets calm down a little bit.... There might be some misunderstanding, or miscommunication, maybe ghstrydar is bragging, maybe he is asking a question, but attacking him immediatly for the topic he started doesnt do anything for the thread, or represent the help we offer on this site. This site is for people to help others out, share ideas and get along. There is always time for shit talking, Bs and all that other shit. This is a simple thread, should have simple input and answers. Back on topic!

| STAY ON TOPIC IN HERE....if you dont have an intelligent answer for the person asking the question then dont answer there question.....and if you cant understand there is an easier way to ask him whut he means then to go on for a paragraph about something that has absolutely nothing to do with the thread... |

| I got a pro desgin impeller off ebay for 49.99. All the billet impelllers are almost the same and are all good. Anything is better then that crapy plastic one. Also Good coolant. I got amsoil coolant. Works real good I think.
