hey, if you wanna paint them about quart or less. Gotta buy the paint, thinner, hardener, and flex. About 75-100 but you gotta know someone that can paint. Also you need to clean them and scotch bright them to roughen the plastic up to make paint stick.

Are you trail riding or anything rough? The paint will chip regardless but it will chip alot faster in rougher terrains....Thats why only drag racers and duners seem to paint there plastics...

Just get new plastics for it. JMO I think that will last much longer. And get the race cut ones for the front. Looks a whole hell of alot better. IMO

yea I agree that the new plastics would be better, I was just hoping I could save some cash$$ but I guess it will be worth it in the end. Where can I buy a good set? I think I want to go with black

my buddy painted his. just primed them in slapped some enamle paint over them. now there a chipped up mess.

i however painted flames onto mine and to this day they haven;t chipped been about 1 year now i've rolled it many-a-time and nothing. i didn;t prime just enamle black then a clearcoat. i used enaml cuz it doesn;t set hard. they still look good. if ya plastics are shagged and ya gonna get new ones any way go for it.

who gives a fuk if they chip just re paint em for the time being.
