wondering what kinda finish they put on the aluminum wheels to turn them gold?

Anodized. The finish is merely a gold colored dye the metal is soaked in.

gold rims on a banshee dont go together but gold rims on a R look good

ya i never liked the cold rims on a banshee.. our old banshee had purple rear rims and gold front ones.. uglies shee iv ever seen, but it ran like a beast!!
