water gauge question

hi, i've installed a heat gauge on my shee and while i riding fast ,the gauge is on the bottom (shows like he's very cold)but if i'll driving slow it's fine and shows normal heatting.

is it normal?

The faster you go, the more airflow to the radiator.......

the gauge show from 120f to 250f and when i driving fast it's shows me 120f

My shee is starting to have some overheating problems. Just like a car, slow down or stop & heat increases, move fwd & it cools.. So I get my Shee out in the open, get that air flow going like Ed said & temp goes down. Yes it's normal.

i got a temp gauge on mine as well mate. mine shows a constant 60*c then i can watch it raise when im on powerband to 80 then drop again. but it stays on 60 just cruising. ya gauge might be poop. is it mechanical or digital?

you shoild get 1 of those Pro-Design Impellers

I have a gauge on mine, and when your really on it, it gets cold, and when you are putting around it goes up to 180. Never goes past that. It has been like that since day one. I have a billet impeller, and I ran teh gauge before and after changing the impeller, and the quad runs cooler with the billet impeller. But still is cold when your on it.
