Banshee VIN Lacation

I'm looking at a 2001 that's really clean and runs great, no mods... (YET)...
I want to make sure that everything is in order before I fork over the money. I bought a bike three years ago and 6 months ago I went to sell it and ended up in a big mess, no more bike and out $1800. So I want to make sure before another mess get me involved! I have looked over it but it would be much eaiser if someone could point me to the correct location... TIA

Its on the lower frame tube on the left side...you cant miss it!

i have never seen a vin# on the frame it on the motor left side you cant miss it

i seen this vin on a banshee in middletown ohio 3gg-129063 it was an 02 i think with t5 and some other things .but no title or paper work and this was the 3 owner. i did not get it but i thing it was stolen but dont know if so hope to help some one out

Every bike/quad has a VIN on there frame, from kids 3 wheelers to R1'sand everything in between have them.
