Exclamation shee low end torque

Hi guys. need some advice.
Ive got a stock banshee, brand new and just run in the motor.

Im on a very limited budget as I am still paying for her.

he's right rechamber the head to 19cc lighten the flywheel and advance the timming, also you can remove the end caps on the silencers take a punch and knock a hole in the cone in the silencer to allow better flow remove the air box lid if you are willing to get a pre filter and jet up a couple sizes on the main depending on elevation they run pretty good and its real cheap

So how much do you lighten the flywheel and where do you get this done?
I am hoping to come up with the money for a Noss head what cc dome should I get? I hope to install the SST FMF headers this summer. Since I am a teacher I am trying to do a mod a month on small stuff and use part of my summer school pay check for the exhaust system. I have a stock 03 the only mod is a vitos impellar which I should have bought through MODQUAD, since it came in modquad packaging but with the VITO's price
So does the impellar count as my first MOD?
