if you have a set of standard bore banshee jugs but you run a cool head. you're not gonna change the cool heads domes everytime you get a bore and do a new top end. so yes.. you can.

thanks that what i though. i know i had to get bb domes for my cub but it was a 68mm too. i just wanted to know i can get the cool head for $150 from a friend and and will put in on my stock bike. thanks for the help

Most 'stock bore' domes are 66mm and will work on up to .080 over bores.
