Default head gasket trouble

I have a head gasket failure agian. I cleaned both surfaces and installed the gasket dry and orientated properly. I torqued it in the order @ 5ftlbs increments.
I am getting ready to sell it
It is a 2003 banshee stock that has no damge physically and shows no signs of abuse. The only mod that has been done is an aluminum impellar.

if your base gasket or base of cylinders/case surface is cruddy or burred it wil l make the decks uneven and the head wont sit flat o nthem no matter how good yo u lean the top surfaces of them .banshee heads usually dont warp from my experiances

yea i truly did follow the pattern, the sequence numbers are on the head. I think the head is warped. I noticed some coolant drops in front of Nuts 2 & 3 at the head jug interface. I will just have to wait until i get my income tax return back and buy a NOSS head. Thanks for your help Ed your knowlege and help has been great.

Eviltwin
the motor has never been pulled apart, you think that the jugs may not be level so the head does not fit perpandicular to the jugs?
Thanks for your help

Out of curiousity, what gasket company are you using? And are you positive it has never been apart? I would definity spend more time looking into what eviltwin has mentioned.

dude ..check this out ..go to any Lowe's, Home depot etc.. get you a combination square w/ the sliding 12 in ruler..lay the ruler across the head with the thin edge down( note:... check edge an make sure the is no nicks ,burrs etc..an hold up to a light ..you'll see a little light not much ..a way to ck is to take a piece of notebook paper an fold where you have 2 pcs. basically an try to stick the under the ruler..in a tool&die maker by trade..trust me this will work. the paper is .003" per sheet ..in nut shell 2 sheets give approx..005".006"(5-6 thousandths of 1 inch) an gasket will take up that difference
