Default need some help ASAP(jug removal)

for the last two hours, i been slowly making my way through the shee and taking my jugs and flywheel off. Well, i didnt get far. I almost have the jugs off but they dont see to want to come loose. I dont know if im missing something or not. there's two bolts on the back side where the reeds are at that are still on but the book just say the 4 bolts around the base need to come off to get the cylinders off. What am i missing?

And lets just say when i pulled the head, coolant went everywhere....any problems can come of that?

BTW as soon as i finish the removal of the jugs and flywheel, ill be pming u about the engine work etc.

edit** no coolant went in the cylinders. the doomes where still on so it stopped it. Lucky me. Ah well, back to work!

well jugs are off, not i just got my new flywheel puller out the package and im going attempt that. this is going very smooth.

I do believe ill be needing a new top end though

edit* How do i remove the flywheel without a tool that locks the flywheel?

edit2* bluediablo said wedge a nickel in the gears in the clutch. Well, i basicly am stripping the screws on the clutch cover trying to take it off cuz it's shitty phillps screws. They should of put something that i could use a socket or allen wrench on. Gay gay gay. Now im stuck for now.

yeah you need a impact screwdriver for those philip head bolts ,go to your local pep boyz or auto zone, theyre only like 9$ there and its a damn handy tool to own . yo u wont need any tools other than a hammer and the flywheel removal tool just hold the wheel with 0one hand and crack a large ratchet on the handle wit h a hammer and itll come loose easy or if yo u have an air impact that would be even better of coarse ,dont worry itll come off without any special holders for securing the flywheel itself .

well there's two screws on the clutch cover that's stripped bad. Ima have to cut the heads off and slide the cover off, then get the vice grip pliars on it.

Unless anybody has a better suggestion.

And thanx a bunch evil, i will try that but i got this stripped screw problem to deal with first

get a dremel too lput a cutoff grinding wheel on it ,make a even slice (deep slot )in the nub now put your flathead screwdriver in the slot and work it out use penetrating oil and a hammer or better yet the impact screwdriver ,cant stress enough how handy those are around the shop and dont cut into the cover ,while its off polish it.do it right and it will gleam like a mirror if yo u have patience and a little elbow grease and its free!

well one of the two i can do that to. The other is slightly bent. Im not sure if it will turn. I will try. If not i guess ill have to cut the head off but i am afraid that it will be stuck in there. The dremel should do the trick cuz i used to do it on my nitro rc cars. This shee is giving me a headache. And i treat her so good
