Default banshee idling problems

hey guys
my banshee has just started acting up,when its cold and you first start it with no choke it revs high and i have to pull the choke out to get the idle to lower back down and when it heats up the idle goes to normal


need help here i dont want to damage my shee

Clean the carbs out...sounds like something is stuck or clogged...leaning out the low speed circuit. If putting the choke on (more fuel) causes the idle to go down, you most likely have a lean surge down low.

Make sure the carbs and ALL if its holes, jets, etc. are spot free...dirt free, and the float are set correctly as well. I assume you have stock carbs, make sure the choke tube between the two carbs is in good shape, connected, not rotted or cracked.
