banshee in a box

I jus aquired a banshee that was taken apart to repaint the frame. The guy said everything was there. I think he was almost quite right except there a couplel of wires on the wiring harness I do not kno where they go. and I am not getting spark so I figure it is because of that. One is a red wire with a black line coming off the cdi and the plain black wire coming of the cdi too. Im stumped. I am a dirtbike guy so quads is a new thing for me. I saw and ran the quad a couple of years ago and it was fast as hell so im eager to get it back runnin so any help is a appriciated. Thanks.

I'm terrible at wiring...that's why I keep the clymers manual handy!!

the black wire off the cdi is ground and it attaches the the frame, the red/black wire does need to be connected... really... there should be a plug on the harness that just plugs into the plug on the cdi... i'll be home in a bit i'll take a look..

what a coincidence. I moved my CDI yesterday to the front and no my shee doesnt start.

Looks like ill be getting out the clymer lol. But first, ill take the plugs out to make sure i have a spark.
