| thanks kevin1x things a beast i fell in love with it as soon as i hopped on it . never rode one before this so it was deffinately a thrill. Im gonna check the compression later what should it be around it the topends good? any estimate on how much the pipes and the reeds would cost?

| you need to findout what size domes are in your coolhead, and that will tell you where your compression should be at. a stock banshee , at sea level, is around 135 psi. most say when you get near 100 psi its time for rebuild. if its a 2000 and on its original topend im sure its past time by now if it was ridden at all. id worry about getting the jetting all dialed in and replacing bearings and shit like that before changing the pipes right now., some nice new tires.air filter with an o-ringed adapter plate if it doesnt already have it already. and worry about things like bearings, brake pads, and shit that you need, before blowin all your money on different pipes and v force reeds |

| i have holeshots off my old blaster that are going on the back. the brakes will stop you on a dime so im gonna check the compression and rebuild . are fmf' pipes that bad cuz im probally gonna stick with them for awhile

| the fatties are fine pipes from what i hear, there are other pipes you could go with for more of a mid-topend punch... but for what its worth.. you may as well get everything else up to par first, and then worry about a couple hp , id rebuild the rear end im sure it needs it, swingarm bearings, rear shock, linkage, carrier, theres $170 or so right there what kind of air filter/air box setup you got goin on? its ver important, not just for a few hp, but for protecting your motor from sucking dirt and shit , the stock air filters do not seal, at all. you need an o-ringerd aluminum adapter plate with a uni foam or a k&n filter, |

| rite now the stock airfilters are in there along with the stock airbox i guess im gonna start shoppin around ebay
