First of all thx for all the great info all u folks have gave. but i have another question. my buddys shee is over heating. ** mods: cool head with 22cc doms, bord over .50 or .100 not sure. fmf pipes, stock carbs. rejeted.** idles great, returns back to idle ok. we took off his water pump and the impeller looks good. not sure if impeller can cause or not? any info would greatly help. thank you.

ok... i'm kind of confused on teh over bore youi mentioned so i need ya to clarify before we go any further..

is it either .50mm -1.00 mm over bore..

or .050-.100in over bore.. big big difference..

oh.. well if you were at .100in then we'd be goign somewhere
have you check the coolant level... i know it sounds dumb... but... sometimes the simple things are over looked..

Make sure the plastic gear on the back of the impelor (sp) isn't striped.

Yea We Check Coolant Level,ok. Checked Out Gear Notsure If Its Stirped. Little Rough On The Back.

How you know its over heating???? Whats it doing....Howd you check it...??? Wana know for myself personally...!!
