Default Why wont my Banshee run?

Well i just recently did some work to the trans in my banshee, I had the cases split and everything well i put the moder back together last night and in the frame today. i got it all put together and went to start her up. The third kick it went plu... plu. plu waaaaaa plu plu silence then i kicked it again and again nothing. So i checked my spark... No spark! I checked all my connections and thay weer good so i pulled off the fly wheel cover ans i had forgotten to tighten the fly wheel nut. so i got that on their and now it has spark. So i commence kicking, all i do wont make this thing start choke, no choke, half choke, new plugs, cleaned plugs alli can get it to do is go... plu. Plu.. PLu... PLU then die. the plugs come out wet with gass and have spark. its about 30*f in my shop and the last time the banshee ran was October.

So can some one help me
Why wont my banshee run?

Thanks

chevshee

check you pick up gap for your fly wheel, it should be .16-.18 .. spark might now be strong enough
if that looks okay try some carb cleaner in the carb to see if it ill start
make sure your idle screws are open enough to let it start
check your wires make sure they are all good
my shee did this when i unplugged my P-brake

good luck

Clean out your carbs, turn the air screw on each all the way in, (note how many turns you had to turn it in to lightly seat them) then turn them .5 turns out...see if that helps.
If it does...you might have to put a larger pilot in to accomodate the colder air temps...

I second the dirty carbs if it hasn't been run since October.

Well its got a strong blue spark. I never thought of the carbs, I bought the cabs this summer and jetted for 85-95* so that might be it.

Thanks
