| I finally got my dune set-up ready to go in and I need to pull the studs on top of the jugs so I can put in the new ones for my cool head. I have been reading for a while on how to remove them and many suggest to use to nuts together on the stud and tighten them together then the stud should back out when turning the bottom nut counter clockwise. Thing is I cant get this to happen, I lock them together then when I try to back it out both of the nuts turn at the same time. What am I missing here. I tried some heat from a propane torch as well with no success. Any other tricks? The cylinder are off right now and I'm wondering if I should install them and then try to get the studs out as I dont have much leverage with the jugs off as I would with them bolted down. |

| everytime I try to use the nut method both of them will turn out at the same time and not turn the bolt out. I really dont want to drop a crap load of money on something like this. I would be better off selling the cool head and just buying a new one that doesnt require the extended studs. I just cant see how everyone else is able to get theirs out and I'm having such a hard time. I'm about to vice grip them suckers since they are no use to me anyhow but would prefer to take them out in one piece and usable. |

| You can rent the tool i was talking about this way you dont have to spend any money and it will get them out.. Did you saok them in PB or WD-40?
