huskyohilux is an unknown quantity at this point
Default Does the length of the pilots matters

trying to find keihin jets in sweden is like finding a needle in a hay stack...
Finally got 2 pilots, size 45 from a shop a couple of towns away.
Got home and the two were not the exact same lenght.
One is apprx. 1 2/16" and one is apprx 15/16" but same size and threading
Just wanted to put everything back together this weekend!
Is the length of importance?

As long as they are long enough to sit in the fuel but short enough not to hit the bowl, they "should" be fine. Regardless of length, as long as the pilots are of the same series they will have the same flow rate if they're the same number. The "1 and 2/16" jet is longer than the stock size so you should be fine. Going shorter than stock has a better chance of presenting a problem.

Like I said over on HQ...get the right jets my man, they are not meant to be run together, and you could have all kinds of mystery issues no one can explain because 99% of us would never think of different length pilots....
