Default No Fuel to the Shee

2003 Banshee
tank full
fuel valve open
fuel lines full
carb seems to have fuel
plugs not wet but i put fuel in heads and will fire and run till fuel runs out
need help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad reeds, air leak, low compression. They all can cause it.
